Libya has long been described as the European gateway to Africa .
This is more so now than ever.
The EU-Libya Chamber of Commerce supports its individual associates secure sustainable business, by providing specific introductions to overseeing successful implementation.

Unique in business opportunities and challenges, the Libyan marketplace is an exciting and vibrant environment, requiring a bespoke vehicle and approach to doing business.

Given this need, in January 2012 the EU - Libyan Chamber of Commerce was launched as a partnership association to deliver commercial advantage and facilitate bilateral trade and investment.

The Chamber offers a vital winning edge in providing individual support and opening up new business opportunities - wherever possible via cross-border EU collaborations and extending services to regional IFI operators.

We seek to achieve this through targeted identification and intelligence of commercial opportunities, networking opportunities.

Our distinctive approach involves a tailored vehicle to support implementation, using the resources of our liaison officers in Benelux, Spain and Italy.

The Chamber goes a step further than the more traditional chamber, in that it offers its members a market-specific bespoke solution in guiding companies through the complex process of winning and delivering commercial advantage and contracts.

The EU-Libya Chamber of Commerce is also distinct in that it focuses on individual requirements, therefore, not only promoting commercial opportunities through networking and introductions, but adding value by then seamlessly developing opportunities into watertight commercial contracts. Strong long-standing links with major law firms both within and outside of Libya is another unique advantage of the Chamber.

In response to the substantial opportunities that Libya offers in terms of privatisation, liberalisation and diversification the Chamber is, for the first time, capable of providing a totally integrated solution.  Working as a team with its members, with the overarching  objective of  developing  a long-term individual collaborative relationship, our unique approach reduces risk and delivers business in a transparent and ethical manner.
